Munson Earth Moving Corp. is seeking reliable and hardworking Laborers to support our site development and utility construction projects in Williston and surrounding areas.

This position plays a key role on active construction sites, assisting with earthmoving, site-work preparation, grading, and underground utility installation. Laborers work closely with equipment operators and crew members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to company standards.

We welcome both entry-level applicants who are eager to learn and experienced laborers with a background in construction. While prior site-work experience, knowledge of site layout, or pipeline construction is helpful, it is not required. We are willing to train dependable individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to safety. 

This is a hands-on, physically demanding position suited for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and contributing to high-quality construction projects. 

Responsibilities:

-Perform general construction labor duties
-Rake, sweep, and shovel materials
-Assist with grading and utility installation
-Work in trenches
-Pull chains, hoses, and pumps
-Operate hand and power tools safely
-Maintain job site cleanliness and safety
-Walk and stand for extended periods on uneven terrain

Preferred Qualifications: (Not Required)

-Experience in site-work
-Knowledge of site layout
-Familiarity with pipeline construction

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to

-Lift up to 100 lbs (floor to waist)
-Lift up to 50 lbs overhead
-Carry 50 lbs for 25 feet
-Push a compactor (up to 25 lbs) up to 3 times per hour
-Pull chains, hoses, and pumps (25 lbs without wheels / 50 lbs with wheels, up to 2 times per hour)
-Frequently kneel, bend, and perform manual manipulation
-Work bent over from foot to waist level for 3–4 minutes at a time (up to 2 times per hour)
